CANCELLATIONS, REPLACEMENT AND RETURNS
Gardenfairy Shop knows you will be fully satisfied with every item you purchase
from us. Because we generally ship within 48 hours of receipt of your order, cancellation
of your order must be placed within 12 hours of its submission. No exceptions
will be made. You may cancel your order within 24 hours by responding to the Order
Confirmation email with your order # and contact information.
Every effort is made to insure that merchandise
is received intact. Unfortunately, occasionally an order may arrive damaged. In
this event, please email us at fairyfriends[deletethis]@gardenfairy.com with the order#, your contact information and specific information about the damaged merchandise. You will
be advised of replacement procedures within 24-48 hours. There is no charge to
you for replacing damaged merchandise.
Please place your order carefully. You will be given every opportunity to review
your order before placing it with Gardenfairy.com. We will not accept return of merchandise without a $25.00 restocking fee and
customer will be responsible for return shipping postage. We are a very small
company and are unable to absorb the costly processes involved
with returned merchandise.
